It uses small-sized SMD LED chips (such as SMD2216/2110/1612) onto a PCB, seamlessly combining the durability of SMT with the seamless lighting characteristics of COB. Yes, we offer 3-5 years warranty for our products.
* How to handle customer complaints?
During the warranty period, all the defective products have replacement guarantee. We’ll need some faulty products to ship back for evaluation. This will help us improve our quality.
